Operations Director
Nikkie is the bedrock, the backbone, the glue of the agency - an operational titan making sure that all elements of the business are working together effectively, that we are trading as well as we can be and that all aspects of campaign maintenance are being delivered to the highest standards. What we're really saying is that Nikkie keeps everyone in line, brilliantly, without being scary.
Harry
Creative Services Director
Harry is our commercial delivery wizard. We only have Harry for a couple of days a week but those days are impactful on ours and client's businesses. He's a genius at navigating through creative specifications and production mazes and always manages to make magic happen when the cards seem stacked against us. Enough of the magic theme. But, really, a wizard.
Dan
Managing Partner
Some agencies like to keep their partnerships a secret - we like to promote ours. Dan runs the out of home specialist Evolve who we have been working with since inception and is instrumental in bringing our campaigns to a mobile out of home audience. We love working with the crew there and will often be found 'strategising' together on a Thursday afternoon in Soho.

Managing Director
Adam likes making things work - be it client campaigns or media businesses. He has been fascinated with how advertising works since childhood and over his career has built, bought and sold media businesses and is pouring his heart and soul into building PASHN up into a media business doing right by its clients and driving the success they deserve. What a find - Pippa joined Pashn as her first job and we knew instantly that we had a rockstar on our hands (in terms of talent, not diva-ness). Pippa cut her teeth on TV and now works across all media and all clients ensuring that the right media plans are executed in the right manner so that clients receive at least exactly what they want.

Vociferous on social platforms and instrumental in getting Pashn Involved in all the conversations we should be and doing all the things that people who advise others on marketing often don’t do…Marketing themselves. If not in Pashn, at the gym, and if not there, then there may be gin involved.

Head of international
When activity expands beyond the UK, Kristina steps in to ensure that international media plans are executed and delivered in new markets. With a wealth of experience behind her delivering international success we’re delighted to have her help expand our reach and our vocabulary. Kristina also gives us a great excuse to plan in one of those strategy sessions in Stockholm.
Karen
Finance Manager
An unsung hero in Pashn - Karen quietly sits in the background making sure that everything works from an accounting point of view. The devil is in the detail and Karen makes sure that we’re all on top of everything we need to be. A hard one to beat if we were to chose someone who most closely resembled the Pashn sense of humour.
David
Media Director
Cars, navy blue and TV. If you’ve met David one of those three things will come up, and fortunately for him in our client base we represent all three of his favourite topics. David is Mr TV with an encyclopaedic knowledge on the mechanisms and evolution of the media and how best put it to use for activations.

Nick is our attaché in another of our partner agencies, Active International. Building deals with us to enable client’s media budgets are working as hard as possible for them generating value in new and interesting ways. A keen supporter of Soho strategising - well we all are really - and a delightful member of team Pashn.

Digital Guru
Digital Guru is a term over used so Rich is our very own digital hero - building solutions to align display, video and CTV into a single digital offering and analysing data to drive actionable insights. Where that might make him sound particularly nerdy, he offsets it with his vibrant contributions to yes, the Soho sessions.
